Public perception of services provided by Drop-in center "K" in Most
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce pojednává o způsobech uvažování a vnímání veřejnosti nad službami, které poskytuje zařízení K-centrum Most. Pokouší se zjistit samotné vnímání centra veřejností v jeho nejbližším sousedství a identifikovat možné faktory, které ve vnímání ovlivňují veřejnost a zároveň identifikuje přítomné stereotypy a předsudky ve vnímání veřejnosti těchto služeb.
Abstract:
The Bachelor's work deals about ways of thinking and perception of public about services, which provides K-centrum Most organization. It tries to find out public perception of centre alone in the nearest neighborhood and to identify possible factors, which influence the perception of public and identifies present stereotypes and prejudices in public perception of this services together.
