Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá výzkumem způsobů, jakými manažeři motivují své trenéry. Ty následně vedou ke zlepšení výkonů svých svěřenců. Jaké používají metody a do jakých úrovní jejich motivování dosahuje. Zkoumá, jaké má nedostatečné motivování následky a jak působí na psychické zdraví jedinců. The bachelor's thesis deals with the research of the way in which managers motivate their coaches to the best performances of their charges, what methods they use and to what levels they reach their motivation.
