Product Identification and Traceability Optimization in MAGNETON a.s.

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na optimalizaci identifikace a sledovatelnosti produktu ve společnosti MAGNETON a.s. Teoretická část se zabývá vybranými požadavky normy ISO 9001:2015 a IATF 16949:2016 vztahujícími se na řešenou problematiku. Dále jsou zde popsány vybrané metody a nástroje kvality, metody měření práce a potřebný základ pro projektový management. V analýze současného stavu bylo využito dotazování, přímého pozorování, měření a zpracování interních dat. Na základě výsledků analytické části došlo k návrhu opatření pro implementaci projektu Supermarket, který se zabývá optimalizací identifikace a sledovatelnosti produktu ve společnosti.

Abstract:

The Master thesis is focused on product identification and traceability optimization in the company MAGNETON a.s. The theoretical part defines particular requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 that apply to thesis topic. Furthermore, the thesis describes selected quality methods and tools, work measuring methods and project management fundamentals. For the analysis of current state there was used interviews, direct observation, work measurement and data analysis. Based on the analysis the corrective actions were defined to be implemented as the project Supermarket that will be focused on product identification and traceability optimization.
