Abstract:

KUBÁŇOVÁ, Marta, Bc.: Possibilities of selling banking products through internet. [Diploma work]. Banking Institute/College of Banking Foreign College in Banská Bystrica. Faculty of Finance, accounting and insurance. Tutor: Ing. Zdenka Musová, PhD. Year of vindication: 2013. Number of pages: 81. The thesis discusses the sale of financial products over the internet, so I'm in the thesis pointed to the possibility of selling all bank products through the Internet, their advantages and disadvantages, and the importance of security. The aim of the thesis is to theoretically determine the possibilities of selling banking products through the Internet, analyzing them in terms of selected banks in Slovakia and the findings suggest opportunities for improvement. Highlight the ease of use but also the importance of providing them. The first chapter explains the basic concepts and essence, what is the banking sector, banking system and the Bank, the banking product and sales opportunities. Services provided by banking institutions, the advantages of their use for the client, but also to provide for the bank. The second is focused on the analysis of banking products in ZUNO banks mBank, Tatra Bank and VUB bank, sold through the internet and internet banking, where we focused on banking products - the current account, deposit account, general purpose consumer credit. The last chapter is centered for suggestions and recommendations.

Katedra financií, účtovníctva a poisťovníctva. Vedúci práce: Ing. Zdenka Musová, PhD. Rok obhajoby: 2013. Počet strán: 81. Diplomová práca sa zaoberá možnosťami predaja bankových produktov cez internet, preto sme v diplomovej práci poukázali na možnosti predaja bankových produktov cez internet, ich výhody, nevýhody a dôležitosť zabezpečenia. Cieľom diplomovej práce je teoreticky vymedziť možnosti predaja bankových produktov cez internet, analyzovať ich v podmienkach vybraných bánk na Slovensku a na základe zistení navrhnúť možnosti na ich zlepšenie. Poukázať na jednoduchosť ich využívania ale aj na dôležitosť ich poskytovania. Prvá kapitola vysvetľuje podstatu a základné pojmy súvisiace so skúmanou problematikou, čo je bankový sektor, bankový systém a banka, bankový produkt a možnosti predaja. Služby poskytované bankovými inštitúciami, výhody ich používania pre klienta, ale aj poskytovania pre banku. Druhá kapitola je zameraná na analýzu bankových produktov vo vybraných bankách, ktoré predávajú prostredníctvom internetu a ich internetbankingu, kde sme sa zamerali na bankové produkty - bežný účet, termínovaný účet a bezúčelový spotrebný úver. Posledná tretia kapitola prináša návrhy a odporúčania na zlepšenie stavu predaja cez internet.
