Evaluation of investment costs into greenhouse buildings

Abstract:
The purpose of this thesis was to test investment cost into greenhouse buildings through main dynamic evaluation methods as Net Present Value, Payback period, Internal Rate of Return. Data was collected from two countries Ukraine and Czech Republic as potential places for investment. Investment cost applicable for quonset greenhouse 10x45, (450m2).
