Abstract:

Diplomová práce na téma „Analýza provozu hotelů Angelo a Agnes“ se zabývá analýzou provozu jednotlivých zařízení s ohledem na poskytované služby vybraných hotelů. Zvole-nými hotely jsou hotely Angelo a Hotel Residence Agnes. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do tří stěžejních částí a to na část teoretickou, praktickou a návrhovou. V teoretické části je popsána historie a samotný vznik hotelnictví, následně obecná charakteristika hotelu a slu-žeb a za jakým účelem fungují jednotlivé úseky hotelu. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na vybrané hotely, následně je provedena SWOT analýza, analýza konkurence a hodnocení zákazníků z internetového portálu TripAdvisor. Při porovnání obou zařízení, byla stanove-na základní kritéria na základě provedených analýz s následným vyhodnocením. V návrhové části jsou vysvětlena a navrhnuta řešení jednotlivých kritérií, vyhodnocena situace zařízení s doporučením do budoucna.

Abstract:

Thesis on "Analysis of the operation of hotels and Agnes Angelo" analyzes the operation of each device with regard to services of selected hotels. Selected hotels are hotels Angelo and Hotel Residence Agnes. The dissertation is divided into three main parts: the theoretical, practical and design. The theoretical part describes the history and the very existence of hospitality, then the general characteristics of the hotel, and services and the purpose for which they work different sections of the hotel. The practical part is focused on selected hotels, followed by a SWOT analysis, competitive analysis, and evaluation of customer Internet portal TripAdvisor. When comparing the two hotels were established basic criteria on the basis of the analysis with subsequent evaluation. In the design section are explained and suggested solutions to individual criteria, assessed the situation installations with recommendations for the future.
