Crohn's disease from the viewpoint of therapeutical nutrition

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá Crohnovou chorobou z pohledu léčebné výživy, jakožto onemocnění trávicího traktu, jež není medikamentózně či chirurgicky vyléčitelné. Nemoc je úzce spjata a ovlivněna výživou, a proto je na ni v této práci kladen důraz. Teoretická část vymezuje základní termíny anatomie a fyziologie střev, dále problematiku Crohnovy nemoci a v poslední řadě specifikuje výživu. V praktické části jsou prezentovány výsledky výzkumu, který se zaměřuje na zjišťování a porovnávání výživového stavu ambulantně léčených a akutně exacerbovaných pacientů.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the Crohn's disease from the perspective of medical nutrition as a disease of the digestive tract, which is not medically or surgically treatable. The disease is closely connected and influenced by nutrition, therefore emphasis is put on it in this work. The theoretical part defines the basic terms of the anatomy and physiology of the intestines, as well as issues of Crohn's disease and in the last row specifies nutrition. In the practical part are presented results of research focused on identifying and comparing the nutritional status of ambulatory treated and acutely exacerbated patients.
