Physical and Moral Wear of Building Equipment and its Impact on Market Value
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá fyzickým a morálním opotřebením technického zařízení budov a jeho vlivem na trţní hodnotu. První část práce je zaměřena na vysvětlení nejdůleţitějších pojmů a definic potřebných pro teoretickou znalost oceňování. Ve druhé části jsou uvedeny dva příklady ocenění rezidenční a komerční nemovitosti. Ve třetí části je analyzován trh nemovitosti v okrese Praha-východ.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the physical and moral wear of building technology and its impact on market value. The first part is focused on explaining the key terms and definitions needed for theoretical knowledge of the valuation.
