Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá systémem služeb pracovníků Provozního oddělení Policie České republiky Letecká služba. Shrnuje stručně vývoj od počátků předválečného policejního letectva, strukturu a činnost útvaru, věnuje se současnému modelu služeb, analyzuje ho a navrhuje jeho vylepšení a přizpůsobení aktuální situaci.
Abstract:
The bachelory work deals with system of employment in Operating Division of Czech Police Aviation Department. There is a summary of its development from the beginning, a structure and an activity of the department. It devotes oneself to current model of employment, it analyzes it and it tries to find some improvement.
