Nutrition of preschool children from the perspective of a general nurse

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá dětmi předškolního věku a jejich výživou z pohledu všeobecných sester, které pracují na dětských odděleních. V teoretické části mé práce se zaměřuji na obecnou charakteristiku předškolního věku, doporučené výživové hodnoty dětí, jejich návyky a diety spojené s různým onemocněním, které je omezují v každodenním životě. V praktické části se pak zaměřuji na zpracování dotazníků směrovaným všeobecným sestrám pracujících na dětských odděleních. Mým cílem bylo zjistit, jaký mají zdravotničtí pracovníci názor na problematiku výživy předškolních dětí, s níž se setkávají každý den.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with preschool children and their nutrition from the perspective of nurses who work in hospitals in pediatric departments. The theoretical part of this paper focuses on the general characteristics of children of preschool age, recommended nutritional values for children at this age, their habits and diets associated with various diseases that limit them in every day life. The practical part of the thesis focuses on processing of questionnaires spread among nurses working in hospitals in pediatric departments. My goal was to find out what health care professionals think about the issue of nutrition of preschool children, whom they encounter in their daily work.
