Abstract:
Bakalářská práce pojednává o trestných činech v silniční dopravě. Práce je také zaměřena na příčiny dopravních nehod a v poslední řadě porovnává silniční předpisy České republiky se Spojenými státy americkými.

The bachelor thesis is aimed at primary definition of the offenses and it focuses on road traffic ofenses, specifically finding of the fact and violation of an important obligation. This bachelor thesis is also focused on procedural aspects of the investigation of accidents and it deals with the causes of accidents nowadays.
