Dizertační práce je zaměřena na vývoj a aplikaci metody tandemové hmotnostní spektrometrie k analýze spektra proteinových markerů souvisejících s Alzheimerovou chorobou.
Abstract:
The dissertation is focused on the development and application of the tandem mass spectrometry method to analyze the spectrum of protein markers related to Alzheimer's disease.
