Tématem mé diplomové práce je ?Právní úprava registrovaného partnerství?. Registrované partnerství je institutem, jež je součástí právního řádu České republiky od července roku 2006, který upravuje soužití dvojic stejného pohlaví. The theme of my dissertation is ?Legislation of registered partnership?. The law of registered partnership is part of the Czech legislation from July 2006. It adjusts living of two people of the same sex. I choosed this topic, because approval of the law was accompanied by very emotionally tensed discussions, especially after a series of failed legislative proposals.
