The main goal of this thesis aims towards determining connections between law and psychoanalysis in respect of theory of french psychoanalyst Jacques Lacan. In the beginning, author focuses on historical context of psychoanalysis. First, on the origins of psychoanalysis, further on its use and importance in law in the era of modernism and postmodernism.
