Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá motivací zaměstnanců v podniku SALOOS s.r.o. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, a to na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část je věnována charakteristice podniku SALOOS s.r.o. z hlediska jeho historie, organizační struktury, poslání a vize podniku.
