Fluctuation and motivation in selected assembly company

Abstract:

Práce se zabývá motivací zaměstnanců vybrané montážní firmy ve vztahu k vysoké fluktuaci, se kterou se firma dlouhodobě potýká. Teoretická část práce je věnována popisu dosavadních teoretických poznatků o problematice fluktuace zaměstnanců a motivaci. Metodologická část se věnuje cíli výzkumu, výzkumným otázkám a designu samotného výzkumu. Empirická část je věnována interpretaci zjištěných dat a jejich zhodnocení. Z výsledků výzkumu je patrná nedostatečná úroveň práce s motivační strukturou zaměstnanců. S ohledem na poznatky o rezervách motivačního systému organizace, které z výzkumu vzešly, jsou v závěru součástí práce doporučení, týkající se modifikace stávajícího motivačního systému za účelem zvýšení spokojenosti zaměstnanců a jejich stabilizace.

Abstract:

This thesis is concerned on the motivation system of the employees of the chosen assembly company in relation to the high fluctuation, which the company has been facing for a long time. The theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to the description of the existing theoretical knowledge about the employees´ fluctuation and motivation. The methodological part is devoted to the research objective, research questions and the design of the research itself. The empirical part is devoted to interpretation of the detected data and their evaluation. There is apparent from the research results an insufficient level of work with the motivation structure of the employees. Considering to the findings of the reserves of organization's motivation system, which resulted from the research, there are recommendations in the end part of the work, which are related to the modification of the existing motivation system in order to increase the employees´ satisfaction and stabilization.
