The Motivation of the Work Team in the Kindergarten

Abstract:

V závěrečné práci se zabývám tématem: " Motivace pracovního týmu v mateřské škole." Snažím se objasnit pojmy motivace, zmiňuji i některé nejznámější teorie motivace. Vyčlenila jsem typy a faktory motivace. V další kapitole se zabývám pracovní motivací a objasněním dalších pojmů jako je pracovní tým - pedagogický a nepedagogický pracovník a zmínění a vysvětlení pojmu mateřská škola. Ve druhé průzkumné části mé práce jsem použila metodu kvantitativního průzkumu. Rozhovory jsem použila dva, zvlášť pro vedení školy a podřízené pracovníky. Snažila jsem se, aby rozhovory byly kompatibilní. Jako doplňkovou metodu jsem využila dotazník pro všechny zaměstnance. Mým cílem je zjistit, jestli jsou podřízení motivováni ze strany ředitele a jestli ředitel školy motivuje své podřízené k pracovnímu výkonu.

Abstract:

In my final work I deal with the theme of "The motivation of the nursery school working team." I am trying to clarify the concept of the motivation, I also mention some of the best known motivation theories. I have set aside the types and the factors of the motivation. In the next chapter I follow up the theme of the working motivation and I set another terms out like the working team, the pedagogical worker and the other staff not pedagogically working, and I also explain the concept of the nursery school. In the second survey of my method I used quantitative research. I have used two types of the interviews , one for the management and another one for the subordinate staff. I have tried the interviews to be compatible. As a complementary method I have applied a questionnaire for all of the employees. My goal is to find out whether the subordinate staff is motivated by the headmaster and whether the headmaster motivates the subordinates to the working performance.
