Autor: Michal Slezák Název: Metody rozvoje a řízení lidských zdrojů v organizaci Ve své diplomové práci se budu zabývat analýzou personálních činností, které se uskutečňují a fungují v uvedené organizaci a problematikou řízení lidských zdrojů. Pokusím se zhodnotit existující situaci v popisované organizaci a navrhnu řešení problémově fungujících praxí v dané oblasti.

Author: Michal Slezák Title: Personal Policy and Human Resources Management in the company In the Graduation Theses I will deal with the analysis of the personal activities practised in SSS Brno and issue of the human resources management in the company. I will try to evaluate contemporary situation/status quo and suggest solving not correctly running established routine activities in this area.
