The impact of mergers and acquisitions on the company's corporate culture
Abstract:
Téma diplomové práce sleduje pozitivní i negativní dopady spojení dvou vybraných podniků a jejich vliv na firemní kulturu nově vzniklé společnosti. Cílem je sledovat dopady této fúze z pohledu neekonomických ukazatelů a hledisek jako jsou zaměstnanci, procesy, komunikace, a právě firemní kultura.
Abstract:
The topic of the diploma thesis follows the positive and negative effects of the merger of two selected companies and their influence on the corporate culture of the newly established company. The aim is to monitor the effects of this merger from the perspective of non-economic indicators and aspects such as employees, processes, communications, and corporate culture.
