Electron Influence of Phosphine Ligands and Their Use in Pharmaceutical Industry

Abstract:

V rámci této bakalářské práce byla vypracována literární rešerše zaměřená na syntézu a využití fosfinových ligandů ve farmaceutickém průmyslu. Aktivita katalyzátorů nesoucích fosfinové ligandy lze ovlivnit úpravou stérických nebo elektronových vlastností. Tyto katalyzátory našly své uplatnění při syntézách významných aktivních farmaceutických substancí. Jinou možností jak ovlivnit aktivitu katalyzátoru je prostřednictvím interakce kov- kov. Tato oblast je málo probádána a proto v rámci této bakalářské práce byla připravena série ligandů obsahujících fragment Cr(CO)3 umožňující právě interakci kov-kov.

Abstract:

In this bachelor thesis, a literature review focusing on the synthesis and use of phosphine ligands in pharmaceutical industry was elaborated. Activity of catalysts bearing phosphine ligands can be influenced by adjusting steric and electronic properties. These catalysts have found a good utilization in sythesis of important active pharmaceutical ingredients. Another way of activity influlencing is through metal-metal interaction. This filed of catalysts is poorly researched and therefore a series of ligands bearing Cr(CO)3 fragment was prepared. These ligands are enabling the metal-metal interaction.
