Tématem této bakalářské práce je motivace a odměňování zaměstnanců. Jejím cílem je analyzovat motivaci zaměstnanců a systém odměňování ve vybrané firmě. Vybranou firmou je společnost MOTOR JIKOV Group a.s. a analýza je povedena v jedné, ze čtyř dceřiných společností, a to v MOTOR JIKOV Fostron a.s.
