Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou obce s pověřeným obecním úřadem. Předmětem zpracování je popsat postavení pověřených obecních úřadů v systému české veřejné správy, vysvětlit pojmy státní a veřejné správy, samosprávy a státní správy.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with authorized municipal officies. The main aim of this thesis is to describe the status of authorized municipal officies in the Czech republic administration system, explain concepts of the state administration and the public administration, the autonomy and the state administration.
