Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu fluktuace ve vybrané společnosti XY. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Definuje příčiny, důvody odchodů zaměstnanců a řešení fluktuace. Cílem práce je poznat a popsat vybrané aspekty fluktuace zaměstnanců ve firmě XY a zjistit, jak firma s fluktuací pracuje. Jako design výzkumu byla zvolena případová studie.
Abstract:
This diploma thesis is focused on the analysis of employee turnover in the selected company XY. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. It defines the causes, reasons of the leavers and solutions to reduce the employee turnover. The aim of the thesis is to define and describe selected aspects of employee turnover in the company XY and to find out how the company operates with turnover …more
