Abstract:
Autorka se v diplomové práci zabývá porovnáním právní úpravy týkající se spotřebitelských úvěru v ČR a Itálii. V rámci šesti kapitol podává přehled o české a italské úpravě základních prvků spojených s uzavíráním spotřebitelských úvěrů. Abstract:
The author deals with the comparison of legislation concerning consumer credits in the Czech Republic and Italy. In six chapters, she provides an overview of the Czech and Italian regulation of the basic elements associated with conclusion of consumer credits.
