Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývala benchmarkingem vybraného podniku s cílem definovat změny v systému finančního řízení. K dosažení určeného cíle byl použit Benchmarkingový diagnostický systém finančních indikátorů INFA, který porovnal výsledky analýzy s hodnotami v odvětví, ve kterém podnik v rámci klasifikace CZ-NACE působí. The thesis dealt with the selected company benchmarking to define changes in the financial management system. To achieve the specified targets was used Benchmarking diagnostic system of financial indicators INFA, which compared the results of the analysis with values in the industry in which the company within the classification CZ-NACE operates.
