Práca sa zaoberá automatizáciou časti procesov na oddelení podpory zákazníka. Cieľom je analyzovať fungujúce procesy, navrhnúť a implementovať aplikáciu, ktorá zlepší efektívnosť práce oddelenia zákazníckej podpory.
