Training of employees in the construction company

Abstract:

Tato bakalářské práce se zabývá zhodnocením stávajících metod a způsobů vzdělávání zaměstnanců v podniku EUROVIA CS, a.s. s cílem navrhnout využití elektronických médií v tomto procesu. V teoretické části práce, která je tvořena z odborné literatury jsem se zaměřila na podnikové vzdělávání zaměstnanců, vymezila jsem tento pojem. Dále je v práci uveden systém podnikového vzdělávání, metody a formy vzdělávání, ale též plánování a realizece vzdělávacího procesu. V další části teorie jsem se zabývala e-learningem, jeho významem, použitím, výhodami a nevýhodami jeho použití z různých pohledů a dále je zde uveden i blended learning, jako jedna z podob použití e-learningu. Praktická část obsahuje vlastní dotazníkové šetření a rozhovor, které byly realizovány ve zvoleném podniku. Jsou zde uvedeny výsledky z tohoto šetření a také návrh na možné zlepšení vzdělávání pracovníků v podniku pomocí zavedení e-learningu.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the evaluation of existing methods and ways of training employees in the company EUROVIA CS, as in order to propose the use of electronic media in the process. In the theoretical part, which is formed from the literature, I focused on the corporate staff training, I define this term. The study also indicated a system of corporate education, methods and forms of education, but also planning and realized educational process. In another part of the theory I was dealing with e-learning, its meaning, usage, advantages and disadvantages of the use of different views and there is also mentioned blended learning as a form of use of e-learning. The practical part contains its own questionnaire and interview, which were implemented in selected company. Here are the results of this investigation and a proposal for the possible improvement of education workers in the company through the introduction of e-learning.
