Supported employment as an instrument for integration of people with disabilities in the open labour market in Litoměřice

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je věnována analýze služby podporovaného zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením v rámci Agentury podporovaného zaměstnávání v Litoměřicích, s užším zaměřením na problematiku udržení zaměstnání u osob se zdravotním postižením. V práci je vymezena problematika týkající se udržení zaměstnání osobami se zdravotním postižením a okruhy s tímto pojmem související. Práce jednak obsahuje rozbor pracovně právních předpisů, pohlíží na podporované zaměstnávání z hlediska legislativy, podává informace o vzniku podporovaného zaměstnávání, o vývoji, uvádí jeho základní definice a standardy. V práci je provedena analýza služby podporované zaměstnávání v rámci výše uvedené agentury, kde je proveden rozbor agentury, který se týká vzniku a poslání, průběhu služby v rámci agentury a uživatelů služby. Důraz je zde kladen na analýzu udržení si zaměstnání osobami se zdravotním postižením, kterým se po ukončení dohody o poskytování služby nepodařilo udržet zaměstnání na otevřeném trhu práce. V práci jsou vytvořeny tabulky a grafy, z nichž lze vyčíst základní informace o uživatelích služby v rámci agentury a další specifika dané cílové skupiny. Stěžejní část práce tvoří kvalitativní výzkum a metoda rozhovorů, která byla použita pro získání potřebných dat. Nestandardizované rozhovory s uživateli, kterým se nepodařilo si po ukončení dohody o poskytování služby udržet zaměstnání, s pracovními konzultantkami Agentury podporovaného zaměstnávání v Litoměřicích a také se zaměstnavatelkou osob se zdravotním postižením umožňují kompletně zhodnotit situaci z hlediska udržení zaměstnání osobami se zdravotním postižením v rámci Agentury podporovaného zaměstnávání v Litoměřicích. Závěr práce tvoří doporučení, které se týká zkvalitnění služby podporovaného zaměstnávání.

Abstract:

This bachelor´s thesis is focused on the analysis of the service of supported employment of people with disabilities in the agency for supported employment in Litoměřice. In a narrow sense my thesis is focused on maintaining of the job in the group of person with disabilities. The problem of the maintaining the job and problems connected with this are defined in my thesis. First part of my thesis contains rewiew of the labour law, problems of the supported employment from the point of wiew of the law, reports some information about supported employing, progress, and history, basic definitons and standards. The next part of thesis contains analysis of the service of supported employing provided by agency for supported employing in Litoměřice. The first of all analysis is focused on persons, who after ending of the contract about service providing cannot find a job on the open labour market. The thesis contains some information (tables and graphs) about the service users of the agency and any other information about focus group of the agency. Main part of the thesis is qualitative research and interwiews used. Nonstandardized interwiews with service users of the agency, job consultants in the agency for supported employment in Litoměřice and also with the employer of the persons wih disabilities allow full evaluation situation of the maintaining the job of the users of the service users of agency for supported employing in Litoměřice. The conclusion of my thesis contains some recommendations for providing of the service in the Agency for supported employment in Litoměřice.
