Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou tvorby mzdového systému ve zdravotnictví. Cílem práce je analýza faktorů, které mají vliv na tvoru mzdového systému zdravotnického zařízení a následná analýza mzdového systému reálného zdravotnického zařízení. Teoretická část poskytuje čtenáři přehled o základních pojmech z oblasti odměňování zaměstnanců, skladbě mzdového systému podniku, zaměstnaneckých výhodách a kolektivní smlouvě. Praktická část čtenáři nabízí přehled o systému zdravotnictví v České republice, struktuře zaměstnanců v českém zdravotnictví a odměňování pracovníků ve zdravotnictví. V poslední části je podrobně analyzován mzdový systém konkrétního zdravotnického zařízení.

Abstract:

This Master's Thesis deals with the creation of the reward system in health care facility. The aim is to analyze factors that affect the creation of reward system of health care facility and subsequent analysis of reward system of the real health care facility. The theoretical part provides reader an overview of the basic terms from employee remuneration field, the structure of company reward system, employee benefits and collective agreement. The practical part offers reader an overview of the health care system of the Czech Republic, structure of employees in Czech health care, remuneration in Czech health care. The last part is composed of detailed analysis of real health care reward system.
