Abstract:
Bydlení je základní lidskou potřebou. Z pohledu ekonomie se jedná o zboží nebo službu, které je obchodováno na trhu. Cena je utvářena trhem a odráží rovnováhu mezi nabídkou a poptávkou. Ve vyspělých zemích je bydlení považováno za spotřební zboží s přívlastkem obecně prospěšného zboží, jehož spotřeba by měla být podporována státem. The price is formed by the market and reflects the balance between supply and demand.
