Defects and Technical Faults of Brick Constructions for the Valuation Purposes
Abstract:
Moje bakalářská práce se skládá ze tří částí. První část je teoretická, kde se snažím nastínit nejčastější vady a poruchy zděných konstrukcí, jejich vznik, diagnózu a odstranění. Druhá část se zabývá oceněním dvou staveb pomocí oceňovacích metod. První stavba je rodinný dům a druhá bytový dům. Poslední třetí část je část, kde se zabývám analýzou realitního trhu v Lounském okrese.
Abstract:
My bachelor thesis consists of three parts. The first part is theoretical, where I try to outline the most common defects and technical failures of masonry structures, their formation, diagnosis and removal.
