Spirituality as a prevention of burnout syndrome in perioperative care nurses

Abstract:

Práca sa zaoberá spiritualitou, ktorú prepájame s prevenciou syndrómu vyhorenia u sestier v perioperačnej starostlivosti. Syndróm vyhorenia sa vyskytuje čoraz častejšie a je potreba ozrejmiť techniky a spôsoby toho, ako nemu môžeme predísť vďaka spiritualite. Spirituálnu zložku máme v sebe každý, ale každý ju vníma v inom poňatí. V diplomovej práci som sa zamerala i na to, akým spôsobom môžeme využiť spiritualitu v zvládaní stresových situácií.

Abstract:

The work deals with spirituality, which we connect with the prevention of burnout syndrome in perioperative care nurses. The burnout syndrome occurs more and more often and there is a need to clarify the techniques and ways of how we can prevent it thanks to spirituality. We all have a spiritual component in us, but everyone perceives it in a different way. In the diploma thesis, we also focused on how we can use spirituality in coping with stressful situations.
