Abstract:

Bakalářská práce „Vzdělávání finančních poradců“ podává přehled o formách a metodách vzdělávání nejčastěji využívanými ze strany finančních poradců. Práce také analyzuje přístup finančních poradců k jednotlivým metodám vzdělávání. Druhou oblastí zájmu této práce je motivace finančních poradců k dalšímu vzdělávání. Práce odhaluje hlavní vnější i vnitřní motivy poradců ke vzdělávání. Třetí oblastí zaměření výzkumu jsou limity vzdělávání, pociťované ze strany finančních poradců. Práce poskytuje pohled finančních poradců na vzdělávání a také jejich názory na podporu firmy ohledně vzdělávání, může tedy pomoci firmě identifikovat oblasti, v nichž poradci spatřují jisté rezervy.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis “Financial Counsellors Education” gives an overview of forms and training methods most commonly used by financial counsellors. The thesis also analyzes the attitudes of financial advisers to each method of education. The second area of interest of this work is the motivation of financial counsellors for further education. Work exposes external and inner motives of counsellors to education. The third focus areas of research are limits of education, perceived by financial counsellors. The work provides insight on the education of financial counsellors and their views on the company's support regarding education, therefore it may help company to identify areas, where advisers perceive some reserves.
