Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vztahem mezi psychologickými koncepty osobní vnímaná zdatnost, lokalizace kontroly a syndromem vyhoření u asistentů pedagoga. Dále má tato práce za cíl zmapovat míru syndromu vyhoření v rámci této profese. Výzkumný soubor obsahuje 159 respondentů, z toho pouze 1 muže. Abstract:
This thesis deals with the relationship between psychological concepts of self-efficacy, locus of control and burnout among teaching assistants. Furthermore, this work aims to map the rate of burnout in this profession. The research sample includes 159 respondents, of which only one man.
