Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá imunofenotypovou analýzou NK buněk u pacientů s běžným variabilním imunodeficitem (CVID). NK buňky jsou cytotoxické lymfocyty, které se řadí k nespecifické imunitě. Díky produkci cytokinů mají také imunoregulační funkci. Podle exprese povrchových molekul CD56 a CD16 můžeme NK buňky rozdělit do jednotlivých subpopulací. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with immunophenotypic analysis of NK cells in patients with common variable immunodeficiency (CVID). NK cells are cytotoxic lymphocytes that are part of innate immunity. They also have an immunoregulatory function due to cytokine production. Acoording to the expression of surface molecules CD56 and CD16, NK cells can be divided into different subsets.
