Assessment of delirium in elderly adults in the intensive care
Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce bylo zjistit výskyt deliria u seniorů hospitalizovaných na odděleních intenzivní péče. Dalšími cíli bylo zjistit, jaký má vliv věk, pohlaví, délka hospitalizace, dříve diagnostikované neurokognitivní onemocnění, provedení ošetřovatelské intervence, operační výkon a umělá plicní ventilace na výskyt deliria.
Abstract:
The aim of this thesis was to find out the occurrence of delirium in seniors hospitalized in intensive care unit. Other goals were to find out the influence of age, gender, length of hospitalization, previously diagnosed neurocognitive disorder, nursing intervention, surgery and artificial pulmonary ventilation for delirium occurrence.
