Abstract:
V této práci byl ověřen vliv primárních imunitních buněk a detekce již dříve určených markerů časné fáze infekce virem klíšťové encefalitidy. K získání zkoumaných buněk, krve a vzorků orgánů byly použity myši kmene C57Bl/6N. Abstract:
The influence of primary immune cells and the detection of markers of the early phase of tick-borne encephalitis virus infection were verified in this thesis. C57Bl/6N strain mice were used to obtain the examined cells, blood, and organ samples. This thesis has three main aims of work.
