Rezistom u hospitalizovaných pacientů s inhalačním traumatem
Resistome of hospitalized patients with inhalation injury
Abstract:
Inhalační trauma (INHI) vzniká v důsledku inhalace horkých par, zplodin hoření a případně toxických látek.
Inhalation trauma (INHI) is caused by inhalation of hot vapours, combustion products and possibly toxic substances. However, most patients are not directly at risk from the primary injury or the effect of inhaled substances, but rather from secondary complications, especially infectious ones.
