Návrh a výroba speciálního kladkostroje pro posilování

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem a následnou výrobou speciální kladkostroje pro posilování. Jako první byla vypracována literární rešerše problematiky kladek a kladkostrojů. Následně byly důkladně popsány všechny důležité strojní komponenty nebo technologie, které se nachází nebo figurují ve zkonstruovaném kladkostroji pro posilování, jako jsou ložiska či lana. V aplikační části bylo navrhnuto rozložení kladek a princip fungovaní kladkostroje. Dále byla navržena konstrukce rámu, který byl následně vyroben, svařen a nabarven. Poté byly do rámu vyhotoveny díry pro uložení kladek. Byly navrženy a pořízeny se všechny potřebné komponenty pro konstrukci kladkostroje, který byl poté úspěšně vyroben. Přenos tažné síly obstarává ocelové lano a břemeno je tvořeno litinovými kotouči. Po úspěšném zkonstruování a vypracování potřebných statických výpočtů byly popsány způsoby posilovaní na kladkách, a nakonec provedena komparace s jinými komerčními zařízeními na trhu.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the design and subsequent production of special tackle for workout. The first was the elaboration of a literary research issue of pulleys and tackle. Subsequently, all important mechanical components or technologies that are located or figured in the constructed tackle for workout such as bearings or ropes were thoroughly described. In the application part, the layout of the pulleys and the principle of functioning of the tackle was designed. Furthermore, the frame construction was designed, which was subsequently made, welded and painted. Then holes for storing pulleys were made into the frame. All necessary components for the construction of the tackle, which was then successfully manufactured, were designed and purchased. The transmission of the towing force is provided by a steel rope and the weight consists of cast iron discs. After successful construct and elaboration of the necessary static calculations, methods of workout on pulleys have been described, and finally, comparison with other commercial facilities on the market was done.
