Forensic dactyloscopy

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce popisuje a zkoumá otisky prstů, jako jednu z několika technických kriminalistických metod. Teoretická část je zaměřena na uvedení do tématu kriminalistické daktyloskopie, popisuje základní pojmy a historický vývoj po současnou biometrickou identifikaci. Dále jsou zde popsány daktyloskopické stopy, jejich dělení, vyhledávání, zviditelňování a zajišťování. Také je zahrnuta identifikace otisků, klasifikace, daktyloskopování osob a jsou vylíčeny daktyloskopické systémy. Obsahový rámec teoretické části je doplněn praktickou částí, kde je popsán vlastní výzkum, který je zaměřen na daktyloskopické otisky dvojčat a sourozenců odlišného věku. Cílem výzkumu je určit, zdali je možná podobnost otisků prstů mezi sourozenci, případně do jaké míry. V závěru práce je provedeno komplexní shrnutí práce, komparace výsledků a vyhodnocení zjištěných informací. Vše je doplněno fotografiemi hodnocených otisků daných účastníků.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis describes and examines fingerprints as one of several technical forensic methods. The theoretical part is focused on introducing the topic of forensic dactyloscopy, describes the basic concepts and historical development after the current biometric identification. Furthermore, dactyloscopic traces, their division, search, visibility and securing are described here. Fingerprint identification, classification, dactyloscopy of persons are also included, and dactyloscopy systems are described. The content framework of the theoretical part is complemented by a practical part, where the own research is described, which is focused on fingerprints of twins and siblings of different ages. The aim of the research is to determine whether fingerprint similarity between siblings is possible, or to what extent. At the end of the work, a comprehensive summary of the work, a comparison of the results and an evaluation of the information found are made. Everything is accompanied by photographs of the evaluated fingerprints of the given participants.
