Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou současného stavu bankovní unie se zaměřením na Evropský systém pojištění vkladů. Práce je rozdělena do tří částí. První část se zabývá prvními dvěma pilíři bankovní unie, konkrétně jejich fungováním a správou. Druhá část práce se zabývá vývojem systémů pojištění vkladů až k současné podobě. Dále se zaměřuje na koncept Evropského systému pojištění vkladů. Analyzuje současný návrh zavedení Evropského systému pojištění vkladů spolu jeho dopadem na současné fungování jednotlivých systému pojištění vkladů v členských státech. Závěrečná část práce obsahuje komparaci systémů pojištění vkladů v 5 členských státech se zaměřením na rozdílnost některých parametrů a úroveň zajištění. Jedná se o systémy pojištění vkladů Rakouska, Finska, České republiky, Slovenska a Itálie.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the current state of the banking union with a focus on the European Deposit Insurance System. The work is divided into three parts. The first part deals with the first two pillars of the banking union, namely their functioning and administration. The second part deals with the development of deposit insurance systems up to the current form. It also focuses on the concept of the European Deposit Insurance Scheme. It analyzes the current proposal to introduce a European Deposit Insurance Scheme together with its impact on the current functioning of individual Deposit Guarantee Schemes in the Member States. The final part of the work contains a comparison of deposit insurance schemes in 5 Member States with a focus on the diversity of some parameters and the level of collateral. These are the deposit insurance schemes of Austria, Finland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Italy.
