Abstract:
Bakalářská práce pojednává o významu vitaminu D pro lidský organismus, o důležitosti jeho stanovování a suplementace. Teoretická část práce shrnuje základní poznatky o vitaminu D včetně metabolismu a uvádí, jaké úlohy vitamin D má. Dále rozebírá onemocnění, na jejichž vzniku a prognóze má hladina vitaminu D značný podíl a obsahuje popis metod, pomocí nichž lze tento vitamin stanovit. Praktická část …more

The bachelor thesis discusses the importance of vitamin D for the human organism, the significance of its determination and supplementation. The theoretical part summarizes the basic knowledge about vitamin D, including its metabolism, and presents the roles of vitamin D.
