Podobnostní vyhledávání pomocí paměťového úložiště Hazelcast

Similarity Search using Hazelcast In-memory Data Grid
Abstract:
Metrický priestor je univerzálny prístup pre podobnostné vyhľadávanie pomocou poskytnutia vzorového objektu. Tento prístup je veľmi efektívny ale taktiež výpočtovo náročný. Táto práca sa venuje vytvoreniu prototypu systému pre podobnostné vyhľadávanie s použitím distribuovaného úložiska Hazelcast pre uloženie a spracovanie dát. Systém je potom vyhodnotený po stránke výkonu a kvality výsledkov.
Abstract:
Metric space is universal approach to search for similar objects in database by providing a sample object. This approach is very powerful but computationally expensive. This thesis introduces a prototype of distributed system, which uses Hazelcast In-Memory Data Grid for data storage and in-memory computing. The system is then evaluated in terms of quality of results and performance.
