Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou potravin na bázi geneticky modifikovaných organizmů (dále jen GMO) a jejich zastoupením v obchodní síti České republiky. Cílem práce bylo charakterizovat potraviny na bázi GMO, pozornost byla dále zaměřena na genové inženýrství a legislativu týkající se GMO. The bachelor thesis deals with food based on genetically modified organisms (hereinafter referred to as GMOs) and their occurrence in the trade network of the Czech Republic. The aim of the work was to characterize food based on GMOs, the attention was also focused on genetic engineering and legislation on GMOs.
