Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na mýty o mléce a mléčných výrobcích. V prvních kapitolech teoretické části se pojednává o dělení mléka a mléčných výrobků a jejich významu ve výživě. Hlavní část se pak zaměřuje na samotné mýty související s jejich zpracováním a účinkem na zdraví.
