Cílem práce je seznámit s pojmem, významem a aplikovatelností institutu odporovatelnosti právních úkonů a s jeho právní úpravou de lege lata a de lege ferenda.
Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to introduce the concept, importance and applicability of the Institute unenforceability of legal acts and his law de lege lata and de lege ferenda.
