Práce je zaměřena na definování pojmů k problematice odposlechu a záznamu telekomunikačního provozu. Popsán institut jako legislativní stav a proces vývoje. Fungování v praxi, jak se údaje vyžadují a jaké zákony je možné uplatnit. Shrnutí nejpalčivějších problému při vyžadování. Analýza počtu úkonu. V závěru možnosti řešení a spolupráce subjektů.

The work is focused on defining terms related to the issue of wiretapping and recording of telecommunications traffic. Described the institute as a legislative state and development process.
