Bakalářská práce se zabývá strategickou analýzou společnosti Spojené kartáčovny a.s. (SPOKAR). Hlavním cílem této práce je zhodnocení dosavadní pozice firmy na trhu, a to včetně zhodnocení vhodnosti stávající strategie udržitelnosti u nových produktů. This bachelor thesis deals with the strategic analysis of the company Spojené kartáčovny a.s. (SPOKAR). The main goal of this work is to evaluate the current position of the company in the market, including the evaluation of the suitability of the existing sustainability strategy for new products.
