Cultural and Social Role of Wine

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce řeší kulturní a společenskou roli vína, obecné a základní informace o víně, jeho historii a dále kulturní akce s ním spojené. Práce je rozdělena na tři části: teoreticko-metodologickou, analytickou a návrhovou. Cílem práce bylo identifikovat generační rozdíly ve vnímání kulturní a společenské role vína, jeho konzumaci a hodnoty s tím spojené. Na začátku byly stanoveny čtyři výzkumné otázky. Vyhodnocení probíhalo na základě dotazníkového šetření a osobních rozhovorů. Na závěr byly uvedeny konkrétní návrhy, jak pomoct Moravským a Českým vinařům, jak lépe propagovat svá vína a jak celkově více tuzemská vína zpopularizovat.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with cultural and social role of wine, general and basic information about wine, its history and the cultural events related to wine. The work is divided into three parts: theoretical-methodological, analytical and solution proposal part. The aim of the work was to identify generational differences in the perception of the cultural and social role of wine, its consumption and the values associated with it. The evaluation took place on the base of a questionnaire survey and personally interviews. In the conclusion were designed specific proposals how to support the Moravian and Czech winemakers in order to better promote their wine and how to grow the popularity of domestic wines.
