The business plan for the establishment of coffee roasting plant
Abstract:
Tématem této bakalářské práce je zpracování podnikatelského plánu na založení firmy zaměřené na pražení a distribuci kávy. Cílem práce je získání a zpracování informací, které povedou k sestavení uskutečnitelného podnikatelského plánu. Práce je zaměřena na význam marketingové strategie, rozbor konkurence, zhodnocení zákaznických segmentů a finanční plán.
Abstract:
The theme of this work is to elaborate a business plan for a company focused on coffee roasting and distribution. The aim is to obtain and process information that will lead to build a viable business plan. The work focuses on the importance of marketing strategy, competitive analysis, evaluation of customer segments and financial plan.
